NEVER SATISFIED

Max Seidlitz
When I think about food, I think about being full after eating, but to never be full and having to eat all the time would be a painful expirence.  Victims of the Prader Willi Syndrome have to expirence that feeling every day of their lives.  I think about what I have seen on T.V. or in documentarys these people go through extreme pain everyday and night, when they don't eat. But when they do eat,  they gourge themselves, never being full.  It makes me sick if they can't eat because of the suffering they go through, then again it also makes me sick when they just keep eating, and Eating, and EATING.  They do have treatments for this, but the treatments only attack certain symptoms, so the victims still are in pain.  It makes me wish that there was some way to help them.  People like Max Seidlitz think that not eating is like sharp knives in their stomachs. When Max doesn't eat he throws tantrums and I feel that being a parent of a Prader Willi's victim would get too out of hand.  I feel espeacially bad for the infants that suffer from decreased muscle tone and cannot move much.  Having this disease of never being satisfied is a major impact on a family.
